Icon-crete was founded by Mike Halbert in March 2008.  As one of the industries leading contractors, he has acquired a thorough understanding and history of the decorative concrete industry.

Over the last 10 years Mike has operated a very successful flooring/construction company based

in Texas and installed thousands of flooring systems. Prior Mike was a retail executive for 25 years.
